Today on my way to work I saw this (no words, no words - except maybe why??)
Also I decided to be brave and ask for help from a 'real' policeman. Apparently my main guy is telling me is very OCD...

The Policeman in the picture is actually a man called John Collins. A Sargent in Hampshire Police he retired in 1907.
